Q2 : WILL THERE BE A PROVIDE DIFFERENT FOR CONDO OR LANDED HOUSES?

Depending on building type effects the number of manpower needed. Example, if you live on the third floor without lift, there is a need for additional movers to carry your items by stairs if not it will effects the workload and working time. Hence, there will be an increase in price for manpower.

Q3 :CAN I MOVE DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAY?

Will have to consult sales team for accurate details on moving on a public holidays. Certain management would not allow moving during these days.

Q4: HOW IS THE PAYMENT TERM?

50% deposit is required upon confirmation, balance payment be made after moving complete.

Q5 : WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments by cash on the spot / bank transfer / touchngo e-wallet.

Q6 : WILL THERE BE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?

Our sales team would ensure a well clear communication is made with customer. Any additional charges would only apply for unexpected circumstances such as additional quantity of moving which was not communicated before.

Q7 : WHAT IS YOUR COVERAGE AREA?

We cover mainly Central Region (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor). However, we do expand our coverage area to other region of peninsular as long as it starts/ ends in Central Region. For example, KL to Penang / Penang to KL

Q8 : DO YOU CHARGE FOR SITE VISIT?
